Our family has been growing boysenberries on the home property for over 25 years and has endured the many challenges associated with growing perishable crops. Hanna Berry Farm are pleased to say that we are expanding our market around New Zealand and into Japan. In the past we sold our crop for processing but over the past few years we are focussing more on the fresh local market as well as creating our own range of Hanna Berry Farm products. These products can be purchased at the Farmers Market in Hastings on Sunday mornings as well as at selected stores around the country. Hanna Berry Farm also run a very popular roadside stall during the season which is December through till mid January. Our boysenberries are grown under a netted canopy to protect the delicate fruit from birds, hail and frost. They are hand harvested to ensure only the very best fruit makes it into our products.
